Conditions For Australian Immigration

You need to score 120 points in total.

 Age

You can be given points based on your age. Points are given as follows:

• 18 to 29 (30 points)

• 30 to 34 (25 points)

• 35 to 39 (20 points)
   

You can be given a maximum of 30 points for your age.

Nominated occupation* (Maximum 60 points)

• you can score 50 to 60 points if your occupation is in Skills occupation list.

English language ability

• 7.0 band on each of the four IELTS components (25 points)

• 6.0 band on each of the four IELTS components (15 points)

• 5.0 on all four components of the IELTS test and am applying with a trade occupation (15 points)
   

Occupation in demand / job offer* (Maximum 20 points)

• You are employed in a nominated skilled occupation on the MODL or closely related skilled occupation for one of the last four years (15 points)

• You are employed in a nominated skilled occupation on the MODL list or closely related skilled occupation for one of the last four years and have an offer of relevant full-time employment in the MODL occupation (20 points
   

Specific work experience* (Maximum 10 points)

• Your nominated occupation is worth 60 points and You have worked in your nominated occupation for at least the past three out of four years (10 points)

• Your nominated occupation is worth 40, 50 or 60 points and You have worked in skilled employment (in any occupation on the SOL) for at least the past three out of four years (5 point
