Dal Makhani is made from the ingredients like 1 cup red kidney beans, 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder, four tbspn cow butter, 1 onion, one tomato, hal cup milk cream, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 pinch salt, 2 inch chopped ginger, 1 cup sunflower oil, 1 green chilli, garam masala powder for Cooking. 1 cup red kidney beans, 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder, four tbspn cow butter, 1 onion, one tomato, hal cup milk cream, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 pinch salt, 2 inch chopped ginger, 1 cup sunflower oil, 1 green chilli, garam masala powder
Method
Dip sabat dal for three hours. It will make the rajma and dal soft. Keep a karahi and add one cup of cooking oil add some cumin seeds. you can add half ginger-garlic paste and stir. Now you add some onions, chopped green chillies and tomato. Add some garam masala and salt. Now add some fresh cream of milk to this recipe and stir. Dal Makhni is ready
