1. Procedure for Attestation and Application Process for
Walk in Applicants
a) Fill out the Online Application Form and take a
print, preferably before coming
to HEC Islamabad.
b) Reserve your time for attestation while filling in
the online application form.
c) Attach all required documents including:
I. Receipt of payment of Attestation Fee
II. Original certificates/degrees from Matric onwards
along with transcripts of degrees.
III. Photocopies of certificates and degrees from Matric
onwards (for HEC record).
IV. “Equivalence of HEC” in case of Bachelor or Master
Degree, etc from abroad.
V. Copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
VI. In case a degree has not been issued, the Detailed
Marks Certificate/Transcript can be attested provided:
a) Verification letter from the Controller of
Examinations of the concerned university is attached.
b) The applicant has passed degree programme within the
three years from the date of application.
VII. For attestation of “Shahadatul Almiya fil uloomm al
Arabia wal Islamia” please enter particulars of Middle,
Aama, Khasa and attach equivalence of HEC.
VIII. For attestation of “Equivalence letter” issued by
HEC, attach original Equivalence letter alongwith
attested copies of all documents.
IX. For the attestation of "CPSP Fellowship/Membership"
certificate get it verified from the controller of
examinations of CPSP before submitting to HEC.
X. In case application is being submitted by a person
other than the degree holder, the following documents
are required:
a) Authority letter duly attested by a Grade 17 officer
for the authorized person.
b) Copy of the Computerized Identity Card of the
Authorized person.
