1. Documents to be submitted in order to obtain a visa for studies in Belgium

a. A valid machine readable Pakistani passport
b. 2 standard visa application forms
c. 6 recent passport size photographs
d. 2 photocopies of the first 6 pages of your passport
e. 3 envelopes (9 x 6,5) stamped by the applicant and holding the applicants address

2. Pakistani or Afghani documents
a. Birth Certificate of the applicant attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
b. If the applicant is older than 21 years, a Police Character Certificate (not older than 6 months, covering the last 5 years and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
c. Medical Certificate (not older than 6 months) issued by an accredited medical centre
d. Diplomas or degrees attested by Ministry of Education and subsequently by Foreign Affairs Ministry
3. Bank statement of PKR 14,00,000 not older than two weeks.
