Mongi masoor is made from the ingredients like Mong Masur ki dal: one cup Onion:1 (chopped) Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp Ginger: a small piece (chopped) Green chilli: 1(chopped) Salt: to taste Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp Oil: 2 tbsp for Cooking. Mongi masoor is liked by young people as well because of its mouthwatering taste. It is cooked in all parts of the pakistan.

Mong Masur ki dal: one cup Onion:1 (chopped) Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp Ginger: a small piece (chopped) Green chilli: 1(chopped) Salt: to taste Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp Oil: 2 tbsp
Method
Wash the Mongi masoor dal after cleaning from stones. Rinse it with mineral water. Put the oil in pain. put the onion, ginger and garlic in the oil and cook them for four five minutes, put salt red chilli and turmeric in the pan. Fry with green chillis. add zera and dry coriander. Add three cup water. When water is boiled, add dal in it add cover the pan. keep medium flame. after 20 minutes dal will become soft. Now mix garam masala and fresh coriander.
