Sabit mong ki dal is made from the ingredients like Moong sabut: one cup Onion:1 (chopped) Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp Ginger: a small piece (chopped) Green chilli: 1(chopped) Salt: to taste Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp Oil: 2 tbsp for Cooking. Sabit mong ki dal is liked by young people as well because of its mouthwatering taste. It is cooked in all parts of the pakistan.

Moong sabut: one cup Onion:1 (chopped) Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp Ginger: a small piece (chopped) Green chilli: 1(chopped) Salt: to taste Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp Oil: 2 tbsp
Method
Wash the Mong sabitl after cleaning from stones. Rinse it with water. put the oil in pan. put the onion, ginger and garlic in the oil and soothe them. After five minutes, put salt red chilli and turmeric in the pan. fry with green chillis. add zera and dry curinder. add three cup water. When water is boiled, add dal in it add cover the pan. keep medium flame. after 20 minutes dal will become soft. add garam masala and fresh kariander.
