Shami Kabab is made from the ingredients like half kg Mutton mince, 1 cup oil, 1 cup Chana dal, 1 Egg, 1 tsp Salt, 3 Red chillies, 3 tbsp Coriander seeds, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1 tspn Garam masala, Onion, Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 small cup Green chillies (chopped) 5-6 Water 1/2 cup for Cooking. Shami Kabab is liked by young people as well because of its mouthwatering taste. It is cooked in all parts of the pakistan.

Ingredients
half kg Mutton mince, 1 cup oil, 1 cup Chana dal, 1 Egg, 1 tsp Salt, 3 Red chillies, 3 tbsp Coriander seeds, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1 tspn Garam masala, Onion, Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 small cup Green chillies (chopped) 5-6 Water 1/2 cup
Method
Add everything with boneless mutton except egg in a pressure cooker, coriander leaves, green chillies. Cook for at least 20 minutes. check whether meat is cooked, if water is there then cook again until water is finished.
