Beef Tikka Recipes pakistan BBQ

Beef Tikka or Beef BBQ is a famous Pakistani dish made during Eid-ul-Adha and normal days. Bull's meat can be more tasty than a cow's beef meat. Please keep the beef in clean freezer after washing it with a lot of water before making beef tikka. Cut the beef into small cubes. Please Mix together all the shan or National spices, yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes with it. Kebabs are made on hot coal.

 

Ingredient

  • 1/2 kilo cubes of beef
  • 2 tbs unripe papaya (grinded)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • Salt according to taste
  • 2 tbs yogurt
  • 1 tsp chili powder or 3-4 chilies

Method 

Mix together all the spices and yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes with it. Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight. BBQ kababs must be soaked in plain yoghart and then barbeque over charcoal. Serve with chatni and tomato Ketckup.
