Beef Bong Recipes in Urdu Ingredients: 3kg Beef
60g Salt
4 Bones
500g Ghee
2 Bong meats
500g Yogurt
100g Red Chili
70g Flour
50g Coriander
20g Ginger
250g Onion
50g Green Chili
40g Garlic 10g Spice Mixture
9g Turmeric
6 Lemons


Method of cooking: Purchase pinkish fresh beef from a reputed beef shop. Clean the beef with hot water and soak it in lemon juice. take the garlic, turmeric and salt and make a mixture in water. Add the above mixture in red chili, coriander and half onion. Now take a saucepan and put it on a flame. Add ghee in a saucepan and heat it up. Chop the onions and sauté until its color changes into red like. Then remove them in a separate plate and keep aside. After this add spices and beef in ghee and cook for few minutes. Now cover the lid over the pan until it is evenly cooked. When water dries, add reddish crushed onion, yogurt and flour in a saucepan. Also cook it well and add some water as you need.

For making a Biryani, Add mutton, salt and garlic cloves in a pot with two glasses of water. If you're using chicken, you can do with only one glass of water.
Cook on a low flame till the meat is tender and the water dries.

Take one medium onion. Slice it and fry it in about 4-5 tablespoons of oil till its light brown. Add the rest of the spices, yogurt and fry it a little.


Mix all the ingredients together except for the chicken to make the marinade. With a sharp knife make 4-5 deep cuts in the chicken breast width wise. Marinade the chicken in the mixture overnight. Before you cook the chicken, sprinkle 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder evenly over each piece. Grill it on a BBQ or broil it in an oven for 35 minutes.
