Ingredient :

2 lbs fish skinned & boned
1/3 cup oil
1 medium onion
2 tsp garlic paste
6 tsp yogurt
1/4 huldi powder
1 heaped tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
6 green chillis
2 medium tomatos
1tspsalt
1/2 lime
3tsp methi
3tbs fresh dhunya leaves

Method :

Slice the onion and fry in oil until light brown then add garlic paste, yogurt, huldi, chilli powder, garam masal, 3 coarsly chopped green chillis, finly chopped tomatos, salt and methi. Mix and cook coverd on high heat until tomatos are soft. Add big peices of FISH and reduce heat slightly. Cook coverd for 10 minutes. Add chopped dhunya leaves, squeeze lime juice.
Serve hot with boiled BASMATI rice. ENJOY AND HAVE FUN.
