Ingredient

( Makes 12 Servings)

1 1/3 Cups of Water
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
3 Larage eggs

1 Package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix

1/2 Cup butter or Margarine
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 ( 20-ounce) can pineapple slices, drained
Red marachino cherries, drained and halved

  

Method

PREHEAT oven to 350 degree F.

MELT: butter in ungreased 13 by 9 inch pan. SPRINKLE: brown sugar evenly in pan. ARRANGE: Pineapple slices on brown sugar. PLACE: Maraschino cherry halves, cut slice up, in center of pineapple slices.

PREPARE: cake mix and the following ingredient for basic Receipe.POUR: batter evenly over fruit in pan. BAKE: at 350 degree F for 43 to 48 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. COOL 5 minutes in pan. INVERT: onto heat resistant serving plate.
