Ingredient

fillets of fish half cup
salt 1/4 tsp tsptsp black papper 1/4 tsp mustard powder 1/4 tsp

for batter
maida 5 tlb sp
corn flour 1 tlbsp
ch.salt half tsp
w.pepper half tsp
salt 1 tsp
b.powder 1 tsp
eggs 2
lamon juice i tlbsp
water for the softness
 

Method

Marinate fish with salt pappar n mustard for some time
and make a smooth paste of all the batter ingredients.
Dip the materinated fish fillets in the batter and deep fry. Serve hot on a bed of lettuce leaves, decorated with parsley, mashed potatoes and cocumber slices.
